Our Staff

We are in the people business. Our people are our single most important asset. China LSP hires the best and collaborates with people who share our philosophy: business ethics and professionalism are the essence.

Language, education, experience and cultural background are our staff selection criteria. Our language specialists have one university degree at least, either in translation or languages. Preferences are given to those who have a second or higher degree or have overseas studying, working or living experience.

Hong Kong Team
All our Hong Kong staff members have received bilingual education from early childhood. Many of them have studied in English speaking countries. In work and in daily life, they are highly competent in using both Chinese and English. With close proximity to China and Taiwan, they are sensitive to the different style and culture in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. They are all biliterate and trilingual, i.e. they are conversant with written Chinese and English, and are able to speak fluent Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

China Team
Our language specialists in China are graduates from foreign language faculties or translation departments of reputable universities in China. They have excellent academic qualifications and solid professional experience in specific fields. We have a policy to select those who have studied abroad and have years of experience in language service.

Linguistic and Technical Professionals
On the linguistic quality assurance aspect, we have developed over the years a network of English native speaking copywriters and editors, who are living in Hong Kong, to assist us in our English texts. We have also a network of selected copywriters and editors from the United Kingdom, the U.S.A., Canada, Australia and New Zealand to help us improve our English linguistic standard.

A team of professionals in the legal, financial, accounting, engineering, information technology, medical and other fields advise us on the technical aspect.
